Your event date is secured once a deposit is received. Until the deposit is paid, your date is not guaranteed.

The remaining balance is due at the time of the event, prior to the start of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Travel Fees
SnapHappy Photo Booth proudly serves Northern Colorado.
Events located outside of Northern Colorado are subject to an additional travel fee. Travel fees will be calculated based on distance and disclosed prior to booking confirmation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent.
• If the event is cancelled at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the scheduled event time, the deposit will be fully refunded.
• If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours prior to the event.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
